Anna Nicole Smith Movie Filming in Decatur

There’s plenty of movie action on the Decatur Court Square today.

A Lifetime movie about Anna Nicole Smith, the blonde sex symbol who died a few years ago, is filming at the old DeKalb Courthouse, a.ka. the DeKalb History Center, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Katie Abel at city hall says it’s a one-day shoot.

The AJC says Agnes Bruckner (from ”Private Practice” and “The Bold and the Beautiful”) is portraying Smith.

Plenty of movies have filmed in Decatur, including “Zombieland,” “What to Expect When You’re Expecting” and “The Odd Life of Timothy Green.”
