Judge William J. “Will” Crain of the 22nd Judicial District announced that he is seeking a seat on the state’s 1st Circuit Court of Appeal. Crain is running in the November election to replace retiring Chief Judge Burrell J. Carter in the court’s 3rd District, which covers St. Tammany, Washington, Tangipahoa, Livingston, St. Helena, East Feliciana and West Feliciana parishes.
