New Orleans City Council member Stacy Head plans community meetings

A series of community meetings is being planned by New Orleans City Council member Stacy Head,
who moved last month from the District B seat to a citywide at-large
position. Head has announced plans for “Head to Head” community meetings
in neighborhoods across the city to help her “understand the varying
concerns of New Orleans’ unique communities.”
