SILVER SPRING Township — Cumberland County Treasurer John Gross has been elected the new chairman of the county Republican Committee.
Gross received 58 out of 113 votes of the committee members who gathered at the New Kingstown Fire Company on Monday night, one more vote than needed. Hampden Township. Commissioner Nate Silcox received 40 votes, and former Camp Hill School Board member Pete Regan received 15 votes.
