
A Dauphin County jury on Tuesday awarded $1.1 million to a boy who ended up with a brain injury following surgery for sleep apnea. Keonte Graham has developmental delays that might affect him into adulthood, said Terry Hyman, his family’s lawyer.
“He’s about a year and half behind his peers in many skills. … It’s difficult to know what he’ll be like at 20,” Hyman said.
The operation occurred in 2007 when Graham was 11 months old, according to the
