A Mount Pleasant man, who was out on bail on a 2011 drunk driving charge, was arrested after he allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign in front of a motorcycle, which crashed into the car he was driving.
The motorcyclist had cut to his forehead, scraps to his legs and an injured wrist.
Jeffrey Jolly, 53, of Mount Pleasant, was charged by the Racine County Sheriff’s Department with a misdemeanor count drunk driving (3rd offense), a felony count drunk driving causing injury (second offense) and three counts of bail jumping, according to the criminal complaint.
