Del. L. Scott Lingamfelter (R-Prince William) has thrown his hat into the ring for lieutenant governor.


Del L. Scott Lingamfelter (R-Prince William).Lingamfelter has filed paperwork with the State Board of Elections to raise money for the 2013 race.
He joins fellow Prince William County Republican Corey A. Stewart in the race for the GOP nomination. Stewart, chairman of the Board of County Supervisors, jumped into the race in April.
